- Is it free for people looking for work?
- Yes, and it always will be. You are not the product here — your profile is what makes the marketplace worth paying for, so charging you would make no sense.
- Do I have to be unemployed to join?
- No — and most people looking for their next job are already in one. That is why availability is on every profile: you can say you are working now and looking a month ahead.
- Who can see my profile?
- Verified businesses searching for the work you do, and nobody else. They see your role, skills, experience, availability and salary expectation — never your name, your photograph or your contact details. You are told when a business asks to contact you, and you decide what, if anything, to share.
- What does it cost a business?
- Nothing until 31 December 2026. Businesses join free for the whole launch period, and we intend to introduce paid plans after it — we will tell you well before anything changes. There is no commission on a hire and no percentage of anyone's salary. Reaching a person will always depend on that person agreeing to it, never on what you have paid.
- Which industries is this for?
- All of them. Education, healthcare, retail, hospitality, technology, finance, construction, logistics, trades, the public sector and the rest — and “Other” if your work is not on the list. Found Next started in the bike trade because that is the trade we knew, but nothing in it was ever built for one industry.
- Is this a recruitment agency?
- No. There is nobody in the middle of your conversation. Found Next is the place you find each other — what happens next is between the two of you.
