Why we built it.
A school spends six weeks and a recruiter’s fee looking for a teacher. Two neighbourhoods away, a teacher spends those same six weeks sending a CV to adverts that never reply. Swap the two for a workshop and a mechanic, a clinic and a nurse, an agency and an accountant, and nothing about the story changes.
Both of them did everything right. The job market simply gave them no way to see each other. That is the problem we are interested in — not adverts, not applicant tracking, not algorithms deciding who deserves a reply.
So we turned the job board inside out. On Found Next, the people are the listings. A profile takes ten minutes, it works for years, and businesses come to you.

We started in the UAE, in cycling, because that is what we knew. The model was never specific to either, and Found Next is now open to candidates and employers in every industry.
